Morrow, GA
Heritage Mitsubishi is happy to call Morrow, Georgia, its home. The city is situated just 13 miles south of downtown Atlanta, and though we have the advantage of such a nearby metropolis, Morrow is its own entity worthy of a visit.
Morrow was founded in 1846 and became an incorporated city in 1943. In its early days, it was a stop off of a nearby railroad. Today, Morrow is located right off of I-75, a major highway that runs from Michigan to Florida. With this location and a slew of delicious restaurants, Morrow is a great place to stop during a road trip down I-75.
If you're looking for lunch, you can grab a sandwich at Atlanta Bread Company or have a fun '50s themed meal at Truett's Grill. After lunch, you can visit one of Morrow's parks to walk off the meal. Stop by Newman Wetlands Center to walk along the boardwalk through the wetlands or visit Atlanta Botanical Garden for a beautiful stroll through an impressive plant collection.
Morrow is also home to some important historical sites, including the 1839 Stately Oaks Plantation. It's a little piece of history in a small city that continues to thrive. We hope that you can make the time to visit Morrow and Heritage Mitsubishi the next time you're in the Atlanta area!
